| How to apply |
| Simply complete Application Form and submit it to the Secretariat. |
- Deadline for application: Wednesday, October 31, 2008
* Please note that applications will be closed when the planned number is reached, even before the deadline.
- Deadline for payment: Friday, November 28, 2008
- Cancellation
In principle, applications cannot be cancelled after the Application Form is submitted. Only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable will the cancellation be accepted. In such cases, the following cancellation fee will be incurred based on the date of the cancellation is received in written form.
